ABSTRACT
Sweets syndrome, also referred to as acute febril neutrophilic dermatosis, is an inflammatory disease characterized by abrupt onset of pain, red papules and plaques, fever, neutrophilic leukocytosis, and dermal neutrophilic infiltrate. Since the symptoms and lesions of Sweet syndrome resolve rapidly after the systemic steroid therapy, knowing the different clinical aspects of this syndrome is important for preventing unnecessary surgery and medical treatment.
